Join in this sacred space of LEARNING, SHARING, and HEALING as we explore the multi-layered mother-daughter relationship.
Together we will:
Acknowledge feelings of sadness, shame and silencing around the mother-daughter relationship
Unpack cultural expectations of female self-sacrifice and its impact on mother-daughter rivalry
Re-write harmful narratives through 3-generation mapping
Engage in healing rituals that create space and acceptance in our journey of relationality and purpose
Additional details: Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a notebook or journal and a yoga mat or cushion to sit on. This workshop is beginner-friendly, with optional physical movement.
