My use of social media is intentional and focused, based on my commitment to relational connection and authentic self-expression. As a life-long journal writer who loves the art of a thoughtful hand-written letter, I am mindful of the ways in which social media removes us from genuine human connection and encourages unhealthy competition and comparison. However, I also see the capacity of social media to break down long-established silences, promote social change, and give voice to lived experience that promotes dignity, healing, and wholeness.
I have limited myself to three social media platforms and utilize each for a slightly different purpose.
LINKEDIN: I engage with a broad community of change makers who are interested in promoting humanity and inclusivity in the many spaces where we live, work, and communicate. I'm particularly interested in engaging with other scholar practitioners in the fields of gender, leadership, spirituality, and social change, My content includes updates on my publications, events, speaking engagements and video content.
YOUTUBE: My YouTube channel features short videos related to my doctoral research and coaching work on inter-personal boundaries and psychological safety of Gen-X and Millennial women leaders. My hope is that this content empowers empathetic, purpose-driven women to re-claim voice, value and purpose beyond toxic work, religious and family systems.
FACEBOOK: My public business page is a space where I post updates on my coaching schedule, share upcoming events and coaching opportunities, as well as links to my latest YouTube videos.
